Essential Oils
Essential oils are liquids extracted from various part of plants - peel, leaf, bark, seed, root and flower. The plant material is cultivated, harvested and extracted into essential oils. Used for centuries and recognized for their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits.
Essential oils can be used in multiple therapeutic methods: Massage - mixing 3 to 6 drops with carrier oil and apply to the neck, back, calf and thigh area; Bath - 3 to 10 drops of oil directly to your bath water and swirl to disperse a film of the oil across the surface of the water; and Diffuser - adding 2 to 5 drops of oil to your diffuser water.
